Be clear on what this is
- This is a holder, not a tracker. It contains no electronics and locates nothing on its own — you supply the device. We sell a compact Bluetooth tag that fits most holders; check the shape before ordering, since pouches and cases are not universal
- A tag is not a microchip. A chip cannot fall off and works even if the collar is gone; a Bluetooth tag needs battery and proximity. Do both, and keep an engraved ID tag as well — the fastest route home is still a phone number someone can read
- Check the pouch is closed after every walk; a tag that falls out is worse than none, because you will trust it
- On a cat, use it only on a collar with a breakaway release — adding bulk to a non-breakaway collar increases the catch risk

Sizes follow the supplier's measurements, listed in the details above. Measure your pet lying down, nose to tail base, and add 15–20% for beds; for collars and harnesses measure the neck and the widest part of the chest. Between two sizes? Take the larger one. If the size is wrong on arrival, we replace it free, no return needed.
