KindoPet (kindopet.com) is operated by Kindopet LLC. Every order ships tracked from our fulfilment partner's warehouse. We do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup.

Rates

United States: $9.99 standard tracked.
Heavy or oversized items (marked on the product page) ship at a separate rate: United States $30.99; Australia & New Zealand $24.99; Canada $25.99; Europe $24.99; Gulf $26.99; India $16.99; Japan $12.99; Mexico $29.99; United Kingdom $22.99; all other countries $32.99. The rate for your country is shown at checkout before you pay.
Other countries: the rate for your country is shown at checkout before you pay — United Kingdom $6.99, Canada $7.99, Europe $8.99, Australia and New Zealand $10.99, Japan $5.99, Gulf countries $7.99, Mexico $7.99, India $7.99, all other countries $11.99.

Delivery time

We do not quote one delivery time for the whole store, because it is not the same for every product. Each product page shows its own arrival window for your country, made of the supplier's processing time (1–3 business days when our partner holds the stock, 3–7 business days when it ships from the factory) plus the tracked transit time for that product's route. Items shipped from our partner's US warehouse typically arrive in 3–7 business days. The cart and checkout show the window for the slowest item in your order.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. An order with several items may arrive in more than one parcel.
