Where is your order?

Three stages, and the honest timing for each. Your own arrival window is on the product page you ordered from, and it was on your confirmation email.

  1. We pack it

Your order goes to the maker the same day it is paid. Most items are packed within 1–3 business days; a few made-to-order pieces take 3–7, and the product page says so when that applies.

  2. It ships, and you get a tracking number

When it leaves, you get an email with the carrier and the tracking number. Tracking can take a day or two to show its first scan — that gap is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

  3. It travels to you

Transit time depends on the product and where you are, which is why the arrival window is shown per product rather than as one number for the whole shop. The window on the product page you ordered from is the one that applies to your parcel.

Track a parcel that has shipped

Once your order is on its way you get an email with a tracking number. You can also look it up here with that number.

Open tracking

Tracking runs on a separate service, so it looks different from the rest of the site. That is expected — it is still your parcel.

It has been longer than the window

Then something has gone wrong and we want to know. Write to us with your order number. If a parcel is genuinely lost we replace it or refund it — you do not have to prove anything beyond telling us it never came.

If it arrived damaged, or the size is wrong, one photo is all we need: free replacement or refund, and nothing to ship back.
