Kindopet is a small online shop for dog and cat gear, run from the United States. Every order ships tracked from the maker's warehouse; we don't repack or mark up on the way, and the only thing we spend our time on is what makes the list and how honestly it's described.
That shapes everything on the site. Every product page shows how to measure, a size chart in centimeters and inches, and the day your order should arrive. Prices are set from the real landed cost, so a $20 item is a $20 item. If a size is wrong or something arrives damaged, one photo gets you a free replacement or a refund, and nothing is shipped back.
We write what we know. Materials and measurements come from the maker's data; where we can't confirm something, we say so or leave it out. You won't find "vet-approved" or "premium" on our pages unless someone can prove it.
Two characters, Kindo the dog and Pebble the cat, appear in our illustrations. They are drawings, not reviewers.
