Not the right fit if…
- You want to stop barking — holding a mouth shut does not change why a dog barks, and it is not what a muzzle is for
- You need it for longer than a few minutes — unless a muzzle lets your dog open its mouth fully, it cannot pant, and panting is how dogs cool themselves
- It is warm out, or your dog will be exercising — that combination is the dangerous one
- Your dog is reactive or anxious — a muzzle manages the risk in the moment; the cause is work for your vet or a behaviorist
- You need all-day or off-lead wear — a basket muzzle your dog can pant, drink and take treats through is the right tool, and worth training to properly
Introduce any muzzle slowly with treats over several short sessions. Never leave a muzzled dog alone, and take it off the moment your dog is panting hard or distressed.

Sizes follow the supplier's measurements, listed in the details above. Measure your pet lying down, nose to tail base, and add 15–20% for beds; for collars and harnesses measure the neck and the widest part of the chest. Between two sizes? Take the larger one. If the size is wrong on arrival, we replace it free, no return needed.
