Collars, harnesses and leashes for cats. Cats are not small dogs here: their shoulder blades are not fixed to the skeleton the way a dog's are, which is why fit matters more than the design on the label.
Harnesses. A wrap-style vest covers the most chest and leaves the least room to reverse out. An H-harness is lighter and cooler but has two gaps. Fit with two fingers of room under every strap — not one, which restricts breathing, and not three, which is an escape. The leash ring belongs on the back, behind the shoulder blades.
Collars. Read this before buying one: the makers of the collars we can currently source do not state that they release under load. So treat them as indoor, supervised accessories and take them off when your cat is alone or goes outside. A collar that cannot pull free is a snag risk.
